Student Access and Accommodation Services Mission Statement:

Student Access and Accommodation Services (SAAS) embraces the richness and value that disability brings to our campus community as it strengthens our learning, attitudes, and respect for each other. SAAS accomplishes this through:

1. Individual accommodation(s) to facilitate and support an accessible educational environment through inclusion of students with disabilities by removing or reducing barriers in the university setting. 
2. Collaborative partnerships with students, faculty, staff, members of the campus community, and university stakeholders to make Illinois State University accessible to everyone.
