Faculty Notification Letter

When the student has completed the Access Training appointment and becomes eligible for services, they will have access to their Faculty Notification letter through the AIM portal. The student is responsible for providing the Faculty Notification Letter to their instructors prior to the use of accommodations.  The Faculty Notification Letter verifies that the student has a documented disability and/or medical/mental health condition and lists the approved accommodations that the student chooses to use in each course.

The Faculty Notification Letter promotes an avenue for mutual discussion between the student and instructor.  Faculty Notification Letters are effective until the end of the semester.
